If you have an approved NDIS plan, you may be eligible for our services. We support participants with:

  • All types of disabilities (physical, intellectual, psychosocial)
  • All age groups (children through to seniors)
  • Various support needs (from occasional assistance to 24/7 care)

Absolutely! Participant choice is at the heart of the NDIS and our service model.

We’ll work with you to:

  • Match you with support workers who suit your personality and needs
  • Respect your cultural, linguistic, and religious preferences
  • Ensure gender preferences are accommodated where possible

If you’re not completely happy with your match, we’ll find someone better suited at no extra cost.

We currently provide services across multiple regions with plans to expand further:

Our coverage is expanding regularly. Please contact us even if you’re not in these areas as we may still be able to assist or recommend alternative providers.

We maintain rigorous training standards to ensure quality care:

  • Mandatory NDIS orientation and worker screening
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Disability-specific training modules
  • Cultural competency training
  • Ongoing professional development

All staff undergo comprehensive background checks before employment and receive regular performance reviews.

We understand that needs change and make the process as simple as possible:

  • Changes: Discuss with your coordinator – no formal notice required
  • Cancellations: 48 hours notice for scheduled services
  • Emergencies: Same-day cancellations accepted for illness/emergency

We’ll work with you to modify your support plan as your needs evolve, ensuring you always receive the most appropriate care.
